It has long been a goal of mine to more fully develop my writing skills.

 Currently, I am working with an SDSU colleague on an article – intended for the Harvard Business Review – on the subject of how to best achieve “Leadership From The Middle” in any business organization. As part of our research, we are interviewing members of the US military who have had to create this phenomenon under duress in the Iraq War. We have hopes of later turning the article into a book on the same subject. The original presentation that triggered the idea for the article is available below.

 I am also in the process of revising the manuscript of my first novel and hope to secure the right Literary Agent to represent me sometime this coming spring.
